Viele junge Menschen lernen alarmierende Fakten zum Klimawandel kennen, bevor sie die emotionalen Fähigkeiten oder die Vorstellungskraft entwickelt haben, die erforderlich sind, um damit umzugehen. Das CLARITY-Projekt reagiert auf diese Lücke, indem es emotionale Kompetenz, Vorstellungskraft, Werte und kollektives Handeln in den Mittelpunkt der Klimabildung stellt. Die Toolbox bietet praktische, sofort einsetzbare Aktivitäten – und dieser Online-Kurs zum Selbststudium zeigt Ihnen, wie Sie diese so einsetzen können, dass Sie im Laufe der Zeit wirklich Kompetenzen aufbauen.
Der Kurs stellt sicher, dass Pädagoginnen und Pädagogen die Möglichkeit haben, ihre eigenen transformativen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen aufzubauen, bevor sie ihre Lernenden unterrichten. Die Materialien tragen zur kontinuierlichen beruflichen Weiterentwicklung von Pädagoginnen und Pädagogen bei, indem sie Kapazitäten für innovativen und kompetenzbasierten Unterricht aufbauen.
Basierend auf dem CLARITY-Kompetenzrahmen für transformative Klimaresilienzbildung führt Sie der Kurs durch die wichtigsten Ideen hinter der Toolbox. Sie lernen nicht nur, wie Sie die Toolbox nutzen können, sondern auch, warum diese Ansätze das Wohlbefinden junger Menschen stärken und sie dazu inspirieren, sich für Klimaresilienz und Regeneration zu engagieren.
Anhand von kurzen Videos und ausgewählten Abschnitten aus dem Lehrendenhandbuch und der Toolbox werden Sie Themen wie Klimaemotionen und Klimatrauma, die Verbindung zu sich selbst, anderen und der Natur, wertebasiertes Lernen, Zukunftsdenken und kollektives Handeln erkunden.
Der Kurs ist vollständig selbstbestimmt und kostenlos.
Nach Abschluss der Abschlussprüfung erhalten Sie ein Abschlusszertifikat, das von den CLARITY-Partnerorganisationen ausgestellt wird.

Teacher Training workshop series
The CLARITY Teacher Training is a series of 7 online 2-hour workshops over 14 weeks, which gives you an opportunity to dive deeper into the learning material of the self-paced course, learn directly from experts in the field, engage in interactive exercises, connect with a community of peers and ask questions in a dedicated online forum. It will be offered in the Fall of 2026 by CLARITY partner One Resilient Earth, to a small cohort of teachers and informal educators from around the world.

The CLARITY project aims to enhance teachers’ and informal educators’ competences so that they can support their students in dealing with climate anxiety, nurture the inner resilience of learners, and support the taking of collective and transformative climate resilience building action.
